Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Coastline Home Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Coastline Home Media," "we," "us"). They govern your use of coastlinehomemedia.com and every other website, landing page, or advertising page we operate that links to these Terms (together, the "Sites"). By using a Site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Sites.

2. What we do and do not do

Coastline Home Media is an advertising and media company. We create and run advertising for home-service providers and related businesses, and we operate pages where homeowners can request a quote, estimate, or callback. When you submit a request, we pass it to one or more companies that provide the service you asked about, or to advertising networks that connect us to those companies.

We are not a contractor, installer, insurer, lender, real estate broker, or provider of any home service. We do not perform work, issue quotes, sell insurance or financial products, or take part in any transaction between you and a service provider. Any estimate, pricing, warranty, financing, or promise about work comes from the provider, not from us. Price ranges or examples shown in our advertising are illustrative, vary by market and project, and are not offers.

3. Submitting a service request

When you submit a request through a Site, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and about you or a property you are authorized to make decisions for.
• We may share your information with service providers and partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and those companies may contact you as described in the consent disclosure on the form.
• We do not guarantee that any provider will contact you, offer you a quote, or be able to perform the service, and we do not control the timing or content of any contact you receive.
• You are responsible for evaluating any provider before hiring them, including verifying licensing, insurance, and reviews, and for the terms of any agreement you enter with them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or information about anyone other than yourself without their permission.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Sites or submit forms.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Sites, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Copy, scrape, frame, or reproduce the Sites or their content, except as expressly permitted below.
• Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Sites and everything on them, including text, video, images, graphics, page layouts, logos, and software, are owned by Coastline Home Media or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Coastline Home Media name and logo are our trademarks. You may view the Sites for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

6. Third-party services and links

The Sites may link to, or send you to, websites and services operated by others, including service providers, advertising networks, and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's terms and privacy policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Sites and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastline Home Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any information on the Sites is accurate, complete, or current.

We make no representation or warranty about any service provider, the quality of their work, their licensing or insurance status, or the accuracy of any quote or offer they make. Any dispute about services is between you and the provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastline Home Media and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or any service provider you were connected with through the Sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coastline Home Media and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Sites, or information you submit that is false or that you were not authorized to provide.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you and Coastline Home Media each waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any claim will be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Any claim relating to the Sites must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

11. General terms

• Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Sites.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
